人性化护理路径运用在重症哮喘患者对治疗依从性及预后的作用评估

摘要
目的 研究分析重症哮喘患者临床治疗中使用人性化护理路径进行干预,对于提升患者治疗依从性和改善预后的意义。方法 60例确诊重症哮喘患者,研究开展时间为2024年1月至2025年9月,根据患者接受治疗先后进行分组,先接受治疗的30例归入对照组,后接受治疗的30例归入观察组。对照组接受传统护理,观察组加入人性化护理路径进行干预,对比两组的治疗依从性,并使用哮喘生存质量量表(AQLQ)评价患者的预后情况。结果 治疗依从性中,观察组和对照组依次为93.33%、63.33%;AQLO量表得分情况中,观察组较高。结论 重症哮喘患者临床治疗中使用人性化护理路径进行干预,能够提升患者治疗依从性的同时,帮助改善患者预后,值得推荐使用。
Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the significance of using humanized nursing pathways for intervention in the clinical treatment of severe asthma patients, in order to improve treatment compliance and prognosis. Methods 60 patients with severe asthma were studied from January 2024 to September 2025. They were divided into groups according to the treatment order. 30 patients who received treatment first were classified as control group, and 30 patients who received treatment later were classified as observation group. The control group received traditional nursing care, and the observation group was intervened by humanistic nursing path. The treatment compliance of the two groups was compared, and the prognosis of patients was evaluated by using the asthma quality of life scale (AQLQ). Results In the treatment compliance, the observation group and the control group were 93.33% and 63.33% respectively. The scores of AQLO scale were higher in the observation group. Conclusion The use of humanized nursing pathways for intervention in the clinical treatment of severe asthma patients can improve treatment compliance and improve patient prognosis, and is recommended for use.
