Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of early use of low-dose dopamine therapy in the integration of obstetrics and pediatrics in the treatment of severe neonatal asphyxia. Methods 100 cases of severe neonatal asphyxia in our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected as the subjects, and a random sampling was conducted using a digital table to divide them into two groups. The control group (50 cases) received low-dose dopamine treatment and conventional medication management, while the observation group (50 cases) received low-dose dopamine treatment and comprehensive management of obstetrics and pediatrics during the medication period. Comparison of overall treatment efficacy and adverse reactions in pediatric patients. Results The overall treatment efficacy was higher in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive management of obstetrics and pediatrics during low-dose dopamine therapy for neonatal severe asphyxia can improve the overall treatment effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and facilitate the recovery of the child.
