摘要	探讨重复经颅磁刺激（repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation，rTMS）治疗对孤独谱系障碍（autism spectrum disorder，ASD）患者事件相关电位（event-related potential，ERP）的影响。方法 21例年龄为（7.91±1.55）岁的ASD患者入组后接受rTMS治疗和康复训练，治疗前及治疗12周进行ERP测试，及完成心理教育评定量表中文修订版（Chinese version of psycho-education profile-revised，C-PEP）评估。结果 ASD患者在治疗后P300、N400 潜伏期缩短、波幅增高（P<0.05），与治疗前相比较，C-PEP总分和各分量表分的提高有统计学意义（P<0.05）；ASD患者ERP 变化与C-PEP总分、口语认知分、认知表现分的变化均无相关（P>0.05）。结论 rTMS能有效改善ASD患者ERP表现。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on the event-related potential (ERP) in children with ASD. Methods 21 ASD children age (7.91±1.55) years were enrolled. All the participants received rTMS and rehabilitation training. ERP and C-PEP were tested at the base-line and 12 weeks after treatment. Results After rTMS treatment, latencies and amplitudes of P300 and N400 improved significantly (P<0.05), as well as total and sub-scales scores of C-PEP (P<0.05). Alteration of P300 and N400 indices were not correlated with changes of C-PEP total score, verbal cognition score and cognitive performance score (P>0.05). Conclusion rTMS could effectively improve the ERP performance in patients with ASD.
