高频rTMS治疗阿尔茨海默病合并精神行为症状的疗效观察

【摘要】目的 探讨高频重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, rTMS)治疗阿尔茨海默病（alzheimer's disease，AD）合并精神行为症状的临床疗效。方法 选择2022年5月-2025年4月85例AD合并精神行为症状患者，数字表法随机分为对照组（42例）与观察组（43例），对照组采用常规治疗，观察组联合高频rTMS治疗，治疗8周。比较两组简易精神状态量表(Mini-mental state examination, MMSE)、生活能力评定量表、AD病理行为评分、简易神经精神量表评分。结果 治疗后两组MMSE评分、生活能力评分均显著升高，且治疗后观察组显著高于对照组，（P<0.05）；治疗后两组病理行为评分、神经精神评分均显著降低，且治疗后观察组显著低于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 高频rTMS治疗AD合并精神行为症状能够改善患者认知功能以及生活能力，降低精神行为症状。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (RTMS) in treating alzheimer's disease (AD) with psychiatric and behavioral symptoms. Methods Eighty-five AD patients with comorbid psychological and behavioral symptoms from May 2022 to April 2025 were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group (42 cases) and the observation group (43 cases). The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group received high-frequency rTMS treatment for 8 weeks. The two groups of Mini mental state examination (MMSE), life ability assessment scale, AD pathological behavior score, and Mini neuropsychiatric scale score were compared. Results After treatment, the MMSE scores and life ability scores of both groups significantly increased, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, both groups showed a significant decrease in pathological behavior scores and neurological and psychiatric scores, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High frequency rTMS treatment for AD combined with psychological and behavioral symptoms can improve patients' cognitive function and life ability, and reduce psychological and behavioral symptoms.
