【Abstract】 Objective To investigate fertility anxiety and its influencing factors in young patients with endometrial cancer. Methods A total of 100 endometrial cancer patients treated in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were enrolled. Based on the Reproductive Concerns After Cancer Scale (RCAC) scores, they were divided into a fertility anxiety group (62 cases, RCAC ≥50) and a non-fertility anxiety group (38 cases, RCAC <50). Baseline data of both groups were collected, and multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to identify risk factors influencing fertility anxiety in young endometrial cancer patients. Results Among the 100 patients, 62 (62%) had fertility anxiety, while 38 (38%) did not. The fertility anxiety group had significantly higher proportions of patients with a monthly household income <5,000 yuan, nulliparity, divorced or unmarried status, FIGO stage III–IV, and history of abortion compared to the non-fertility anxiety group (P <0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that monthly household income <5,000 yuan, nulliparity, divorced or unmarried status, FIGO stage III–IV, and history of abortion were independent risk factors for fertility anxiety in young endometrial cancer patients (P <0.05). Conclusion Monthly household income, fertility status, marital status, FIGO stage, and history of abortion are independent risk factors influencing fertility anxiety in young endometrial cancer patients, providing a reference for early clinical intervention.
