摘要 目的:探讨青少年抑郁症血清脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)、皮质醇(CORT)水平及意义。方法:选择2020年9月~2023年4月90例青少年抑郁症以及资料配对的90例非抑郁青少年,分别设为抑郁组以及对照组,检测并比较血清BDNF以及CORT水平、健康问卷抑郁量表(Patient health Questionnaire-9,PHQ-9),分析抑郁组患者PHQ-9评分与BDNF、CORT水平的相关性。结果:抑郁组血清BDNF水平较对照组更低,血清CORT水平以及PHQ-9评分较对照组更高,(P<0.05);抑郁组患者血清BDNF水与PHQ-9评分呈负相关,血清CORT水平与PHQ-9评分呈正相关,(P<0.05)。结论:血清低BDNF水平以及高CORT水平可能与青少年抑郁症的发生有关。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective To explore the serum levels and significance of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and cortisol (CORT) in adolescents with depression. Methods Ninety adolescents with depression and 90 non depressed adolescents matched with data from September 2020 to April 2023 were selected, and they were set as the depression group and the control group respectively. The serum BDNF and CORT levels, as well as the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) were detected and compared. The correlation between PHQ-9 score and BDNF and CORT levels in patients with depression were analyzed. Results The serum BDNF level in the depression group was lower than that in the control group, and the serum CORT level and PHQ-9 score were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There is a negative correlation between serum BDNF water and PHQ-9 score in patients with depression, and a positive correlation between serum CORT level and PHQ-9 score (P<0.05). Conclusion Low serum BDNF levels and high CORT levels may be associated with the occurrence of depression in adolescents.
