【摘要】 目的 研究动机访谈联合认知行为疗法对儿童青少年强迫症的干预价值。方法 选取我院在2021年12月至2023年12月收治的98例儿童青少年强迫症患儿纳入研究，随机分为观察组和对照组，各49例。对照组采取动机访谈，观察组采取动机访谈联合认知行为疗法进行干预。记录两组治疗效果，比较两组患儿干预前后耶鲁布朗强迫症状量表（Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale，Y-BOCS）评分及儿童少年生活质量量表（Quality of Life Scale for Children and Adolescents，QLSCA）评分。结果 观察组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预后观察组Y-BOCS评分低于对照组，QLSCA评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 动机访谈联合认知行为疗法能够改善患儿强迫症状，提高生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective The intervention value of motivational interviews combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy on children and adolescents with obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods A total of 98 children and adolescents with obsessive-compulsive disorder admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected for the study, and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 49 cases in each group.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 49 cases in each group, using a random number table method.The control group received motivational interviews, while the observation group received interventions using motivational interviews combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy.Record the therapeutic effects of two groups of patients, compare the Yale Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) scores and Quality of Life Scale for Children and Adolescents (QLSCA) scores before and after intervention.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); After intervention, the Y-BOCS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the QLSCA score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Motivational interviews combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy can improve obsessive-compulsive symptoms and quality of life in pediatric patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
