| 摘要 |
目的 探索正念认知治疗（Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy,MBCT）对抑郁障碍患者的疗效、服药依从性、复发率、再住院率的影响。方法 纳入我院住院的抑郁障碍患者68例，按1:1的比例随机分至对照组（口服阿戈美拉汀片）及联合组（口服阿戈美拉汀片+团体MECT），观察2组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton Depression scale,HAMD）的减分情况、以及干预后的6月内、12月内的服药依从性、复发率、再住院率。结果 联合组HAMD的减分情况更明显（z=-2.309,P=0.021＜0.05）；干预后6月2组服药依从性、复发率、再住院率无差异，12月时联合组的服药依从性更高、复发率更低、再住院率更低。结论 MBCT能够显著缓解抑郁障碍患者的抑郁症状；能提升服药依从性，降低复发率及再住院率，远期效果更加。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the impact of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy on the efficacy, medication adherence, recurrence rate, and rehospitalization rate in patients with depressive disorder. Methods In depression disorder of 68 patients hospitalized in our hospital, the proportion of 1:1 randomized to the control group (agomeletatine) and combination group (agomelatine + group MECT), observe the Hamilton Depression scale, medication adherence, relapse rate, rehospitalization rate within 6 and 12 months after the intervention. Results The score of HAMD was reduce more obvious in the combination group (z=-2.309, P=0.021<0.05); There was no difference in medication adherence, relapse rate, and rehospitalization rate in the 2 groups in June after the intervention, and higher medication adherence, lower relapse rate, and lower rehospitalization rate in the combination group at December.Conclusions The MBCT was able to significantly relieve depressive symptoms in patients with depressive disorders;It can improve medication compliance, reduce the recurrence rate and rehospitalization rate, and increase the long-term effect.
