[Abstract]Objective: To investigate the application value of phased cognitive behavioral therapy in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: A total of 102 patients with lung cancer receiving chemotherapy in our hospital from April 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into routine group and stage group according to the intervention method, with 51 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine nursing intervention, and the stage group was given periodic cognitive behavioral intervention based on the routine group. Mood, cancer-related fatigue and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of tension-anxiety and depression-depression in the stage group were lower than those in the conventional group; The energy-vitality score was higher than that of conventional group (P<0.05). The cognitive, behavioral and perceptual scores of the stage group were lower than those of the conventional group (P<0.05). The scores of environmental adaptability, social ability and physiological ability in stage group were higher than those in conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Phased cognitive behavioral therapy can regulate the mood of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy, regulate cancer-related fatigue, and improve the quality of life.
