摘要：目的 探讨正念减压疗法对老年结直肠癌（Colorectal cancer，CRC）术后患者负性情绪及睡眠状况的影响。方法 选取2020年1月1日至2023年7月31日期间于四川省成都市青白江区人民医院收治的80例老年CRC患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组（常规护理干预+正念减压疗法，n=40）和对照组（常规护理干预，n=40）两组。对比两组负性情绪、睡眠质量、生存质量、疾病应对方式的改善情况。结果 干预8周后，观察组广泛性焦虑障碍量表和健康问卷抑郁量表评分低于对照组（P<0.05），观察组睡眠质量量表评分低于对照组（P<0.05），生存质量核心问卷评分高于对照组（P<0.05），观察组消极应对评分低于对照组（P<0.05），积极应对评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 正念减压疗法对老年CRC术后患者的负性情绪及睡眠状况具有改善作用，进而提高了患者的生存质量及积极应对疾病的能力。

| Abstract |
Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of mindfulness decompression therapy on negative emotions and sleep status in elderly patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) after surgery. Methods: 80 elderly CRC patients admitted to the People's Hospital of Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province from January 1, 2020 to July 31, 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group (routine nursing intervention+mindfulness decompression therapy, n=40) and a control group (routine nursing intervention, n=40) using a random number table method. Compare the improvement of negative emotions, sleep quality, quality of life, and disease coping styles between the two groups. Results: After 8 weeks of intervention, the scores on the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) and Health Questionnaire Depression Scale (PHQ-9) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), the Sleep Quality Inventory (PSCI) score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), the Quality of Life Core Questionnaire (QLQ-C30) score was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), the negative coping score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the positive coping score was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Mindfulness decompression therapy can improve the negative emotions and sleep status of elderly patients after CRC surgery, thereby improving their quality of life and ability to actively respond to diseases.
