【摘要】目的:探究互动式护理教育对儿科手术患者家属焦虑及知情同意程序理解的影响。方法:选取2022年12月至2023年10月本院收治的102例儿科手术患儿家长实施前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为研究组51例、对照组51例。对照组实施常规教育模式,研究组实施互动式护理教育模式,比较两组家长手术相关知识知晓状况、家长焦虑状况自评焦虑量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS评分)、家长手术知情同意程序理解状况、满意度的差异。结果:两组家长术前手术相关知识知晓状况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与术前相比,两组家长术后手术相关知识、术前检查、饮食与喂养方式知晓率均升高(P<0.05),且与对照组相比,研究组家长术后手术相关知识、术前检查、饮食与喂养方式知晓率均更高(P<0.05)。重复测量显示,两组家长SAS评分的时点效应、组间效应、交互效应比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),与术前相比,术后、出院时两组家长SAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组家长知情同意满意度、知情同意程序理解程度、信息满足程度更高(P<0.05)。等级资料秩和检验显示,与对照组相比,研究组满意度更优(P<0.05)。结论:互动式护理教育应用儿科手术患儿家长健康教育可有效提高家长手术相关知识知晓率,缓解焦虑状况,改善家长手术知情同意程序理解状况,提升满意度。
Abstract
[Abstract]Objective:Explore the impact of interactive nursing education on family anxiety of pediatric surgery patients and understanding of informed consent procedures. Method: A prospective study was conducted on 102 parents of pediatric surgery patients admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to October 2023. They were randomly divided into a study group of 51 cases and a control group of 51 cases using a random number table method. The control group implemented a conventional education model, while the research group implemented an interactive nursing education model. The differences in the awareness of surgical related knowledge among parents, the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS score) of parental anxiety, the understanding of parental informed consent procedures for surgery, and satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Result: There was no statistically significant difference in the awareness of preoperative surgery related knowledge between the two groups of parents (P>0.05). Compared with preoperative knowledge, preoperative examinations, diet, and feeding methods, the awareness rates of postoperative surgery related knowledge, preoperative examinations, diet, and feeding methods among the two groups of parents increased (P<0.05). Moreover, compared with the control group, the awareness rates of postoperative surgery related knowledge, preoperative examinations, diet, and feeding methods among the study group of parents were higher (P<0.05). Repeated measurements showed that there were statistically significant differences in the time point effect, inter group effect, and interaction effect of SAS scores between the two groups of parents (P<0.05). Compared with preoperative, the SAS scores of both groups of parents decreased after surgery and at discharge (P<0.05), and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the study group had higher levels of parental satisfaction with informed consent, understanding of informed consent procedures, and information satisfaction (P<0.05). The rank sum test of rank data showed that compared with the control group, the satisfaction of the study group was better (P<0.05). Conclusion: Interactive nursing education for parents of pediatric surgery patients can effectively improve their awareness of surgical related knowledge, alleviate anxiety, improve their understanding of surgical informed consent procedures, and enhance their satisfaction.
