[Abstract] Objective: To study the repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with small dose paroxetine safety and efficacy of somatoform disorder. Methods:200 patients with somatoform disorders from October 2015 to October 2015 in our hospital, according to the random lottery will be divided into the observation group and the control group and observation group patients use of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with small dose paroxetine treatment, while the control group patients only use small dose paroxetine treatment, after treatment for 2 weeks, 3 weeks, then observe the changes of two groups of patients with HAMD, HAMA scores, and observe its curative effect and adverse reactions. Results: After treatment, the observation group total effective rate was 88%, significantly higher than that of control group 68%, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05); 2 weeks after treatment, HAMD and HAMA score in observation group were significantly lower than the control group score [(13.35±3.12) VS (16.75±3.32), (15.45±3.14) VS (19.65±2.78)]. 3 weeks after treatment, HAMD and HAMA score in observation group were significantly lower than the control group score [(7.85±2.89) VS (11.45±3.18), (7.23±2.07) VS (12.45±2.148)], there was statistically significant difference (P < 0.05); Adverse reactions after treatment group total incidence was 24%, significantly lower than the control group 44% (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with small dose paroxetine in the treatment of somatoform disorders, can significantly improve the treatment curative effect, and take effect quickly, high safety, is worth in clinical use.
