摘要
【摘要】目的 探讨电解质及脂糖代谢对精神分裂症抗精神病药物治疗期间QTc间期延长的影响。方法 纳入2021年3月至2024年2月我院80例精神分裂症患者,其中27例患者发生QTc间期延长,设延长组,53例无延长,设无延长组。比较两组一般资料、电解质及脂糖代谢情况,多因素分析其对QTc间期延长的影响。结果 两组药物服用情况、病程差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),性别、年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);延长组高血脂、高血糖患者比例高于无延长组,血钾浓度低于无延长组,(P<0.05),两组血钙、血镁浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多因素分析显示,两种药物、高血脂、高血糖、血钾浓度是QTc间期延长的影响因素。结论 精神分裂症抗精神病药物治疗期间容易出现QTc间期延长这一异常心电改变,高血脂、血糖、低血钾等可能诱发QTc间期延长。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of electrolyte and lipid glucose metabolism on the prolongation of QTc interval during antipsychotic drug treatment in schizophrenia. Methods Eighty patients with schizophrenia were included in our hospital from March 2021 to February 2024. Among them, 27 patients experienced QTc interval extension and were set as the extension group, while 53 patients did not have extension and were set as the non extension group. Two groups of general information, electrolyte and lipid glucose metabolism, and analyze their impact on QTc interval extension through multiple factors were compared. Results The difference in medication use and disease course between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). while there was no statistically significant difference in gender and age (P>0.05). The proportion of patients with hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia in the extended group was higher than that in the non extended group, and the blood potassium concentration was lower than that in the non extended group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in blood calcium and magnesium concentrations between the two groups (P>0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that two drugs, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, and blood potassium concentration were the influencing factors for QTc interval extension. Conclusion During the treatment of antipsychotic drugs for schizophrenia, abnormal electrocardiogram changes such as prolonged QTc interval are prone to occur, which may be induced by high blood lipids, blood sugar, low blood potassium.
