[Abstract]Objective: To explore the effect of integrated visual and auditory rehabilitation training combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in children with total developmental delay. Methods: A total of 103 children with global developmental delay in our hospital from February 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the stimulation group and the integrated group. Transcranial magnetic stimulation was given to 51 cases in the stimulation group, and visual and auditory integration rehabilitation training was added to 52 cases in the integration group. The development quotients, proprioception, muscle tension and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results: After 3 months of treatment, the scores of various development quotients, tactile function, proprioception, vestibular imbalance and activities of daily living scale in the integrated group were higher than those in the stimulation group. The muscle tension score of upper and lower limbs was lower than that of stimulation group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Integrative visual and auditory rehabilitation training combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation can improve proprioception, adjust developmental quotient, improve muscle tone and daily living ability of children with total developmental delay.
