| 摘要 |
目的:探讨舒适护理干预对老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后患者疼痛的应用效果。方法:将 80 例老年
腰椎压缩性骨折术患者随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施舒适护理。比较两组护理前后焦
虑自评量表评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分、对工作认可度、术后使用止痛药物时间、下床活动和出院时间、不
良预后出现率。结果:实验组各项指标均优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论:老年腰椎压缩性骨折术患者实施舒适护
理效果确切，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the application value of comfort nursing on femoral neck fracture.
Methods: 80 patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into two groups. The comfort group was
given routine nursing and the control group was given comfort nursing. The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale,
Hamilton Anxiety Scale, comfort, duration of pain after femoral neck fracture, time of using analgesics, time of
getting out of bed, time of discharge and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before
and after nursing.Results: The indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P <
0.05).Conclusion: The effect of comfort nursing for elderly patients with lumbar compression fracture is accurate
and worthy of promotion.
