【摘要】目的:观察心理护理联合健康教育在小儿手足口病中的应用及对患儿焦虑状态及治疗依从性的影响。方法:取小儿手足口病患儿100例,随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组采用心理护理联合健康教育护理,采用汉密尔抑郁量表(SDS)及SAS量表对2组患儿焦虑、抑郁状态进行评定,从行为、运动、饮食及用药4方面对患儿治疗依从性进行评估,比较2组护理效果及对其焦虑状态及治疗依从性的影响。结果:观察组护理后发热缓解时间、疱疹缓解时间、溃疡缓解时间及住院时间,短于对照组(P<0.05);2组护理前抑郁量表及焦虑量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后抑郁量表及焦虑量表评分,低于对照组(P<0.05);2组护理前行为、运动、饮食及用药治疗依从性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后行为、运动、饮食及用药治疗依从性,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿手足口病患儿治疗过程中实施心理护理联合健康教育效果理想,能改善患儿焦虑状态,提高治疗依从性,值得推广应用。
Abstract
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of psychological nursing combined with health education on childrens hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD) and their influence on anxiety status and treatment compliance. Methods: 100 pediatric patients with HFMD were randomly divided into control group (n = 50) and observation group (n = 50). The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing. The patients in the observation group were treated with psychological nursing and health education. The scores of anxiety and depression were assessed by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (SDS) and SAS Scale. The scores of behavior, exercise, diet and Medication 4 aspects of the treatment of children with compliance assessment to compare the effect of two groups of care and its anxiety status and treatment compliance. Results: The relieving time of fever, herpes relieving time, ulcer relieving time and hospitalization time were shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of the two groups before and after the nursing (P (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the compliance of behavior, exercise, diet and medication between the two groups before and after nursing (P> 0.05). The scores of the post-nursing depression scale and anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 0.05). The compliance of behavior, exercise, diet and drug treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Children with hand, foot and mouth disease in the course of the implementation of psychological care combined with the effect of health education is ideal, can improve the anxiety in children, improve treatment compliance, it is worth promoting.
