| 摘要 |
目的:分析食管癌患者临床护理内采用优质护理的效果。方法:从 2019 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月期间
院内收治的 94 例食管癌患者作为实验对象，根据患者的护理方式对其进行组别分类，即实验组与对照组，
每组内的人员为 47 例。对照组整体均接受常规的临床护理，实验组整体则采取优质护理措施，最终对比两
个不同组别的满意度以及并发症发生率。结果:实验组总满意度为 97.87%，对照组总满意度为 81.25%。对
比发现，P＜0.05。实验组并发症总发生率为 4.25%，对照组并发症总发生率为 23.40%。对比发现，P＜0.05。
结论:食管癌作为临床常见的肿瘤病变，需重视患者的护理措施，对患者实施有效的护理，以此保证患者的
护理效果，而将优质护理用于食管癌护理内，可以提升患者的满意度，降低并发症发生率，值得临床应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: to analyze the effect of high-quality nursing in clinical nursing of patients with
esophageal cancer. Methods: from January 2019 to January 2022, 94 patients with esophageal cancer were treated
in the hospital as experimental subjects. They were divided into groups according to their nursing methods, namely
the experimental group and the control group, with 47 patients in each group. The control group received routine
clinical nursing as a whole, while the experimental group took high-quality nursing measures as a whole. Finally,
the satisfaction and complication rate of the two different groups were compared. Results: the total satisfaction of
the experimental group was 97.87%, and that of the control group was 81.25%. It was found that P < 0.05. The total
incidence of complications was 4.25% in the experimental group and 23.40% in the control group. It was found that
P < 0.05. Conclusion: as a common clinical tumor lesion, esophageal cancer needs to pay attention to patients
nursing measures and implement effective nursing for patients, so as to ensure the nursing effect of patients. The
application of high-quality nursing in esophageal cancer nursing can improve patients satisfaction and reduce the
incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
