针对性护理干预对肝硬化患者心理社会状况的影响

摘要	摘要探讨针对性护理干预对肝硬化患者心理社会状况的影响。方法按照入院顺序抽签后随机将64例肝硬化患者分为实验组和对照组，对照组患者采取常规护理，实验组患者在此基础上实施针对性护理，比较两组患者护理效果。结果实验组患者干预后SAS评分、SDS评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；实验组患者遵医嘱情况显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；实验组患者干预后生活质量各项评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；实验组护理总满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论针对性护理干预能够改善肝硬化患者心理状态、遵医嘱情况及生活质量，提高护理满意度，应用价值较高。
Abstract	Abstract Objective To explore the influence of psychosocial condition for the patients with liver cirrhosis by special nursing. Methods 64 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The control group were nursed by usual care, the experiment group were nursed by special nursing. The nursing efficacy were observed. Results The SAS score and SDS score for experiment group after intervened were lower than control group(P＜0.05); The rate of follow the doctors advice for experiment group were higher than control group(P＜0.05); The each term of quality of life score for experiment group after intervened were higher than control group(P＜0.05); The total satisfaction of nursing for experiment group were higher than control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion It can improve the psychological states, follow the doctors advice, quality of life for the patients with liver cirrhosis by special nursing, it can increase the satisfaction of nursing. It has high application value.
