[Abstract] Objective: To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation management in health education of patients with schizophrenia and its influence on the level of NOSIE score of patients. Methods: the sampling in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 psychiatric treatment 94 cases of schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 47 patients in the control group, carry out routine health education, the observation group of 47 patients, health education according to the PDCA cycle management method, were admitted to hospital before and after admission for 4 weeks, the nurses Observation Scale (NOSIE) were evaluated for the patients, at the same time by using a self-designed questionnaire about health knowledge of patients with knowledge, follow-up 0.5~1 years, compared with two groups of recurrence. Results: the observation group at 4 weeks after the total positive factor score and total score was higher than that of the control group, the observation group total negative factors score lower than the control group (P<0.05); observation group of schizophrenia health knowledge level is better than the control group (P<0.05); the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: in order to improve the understanding of the knowledge of the disease, the patients with schizophrenia by PDCA cycle management method can deepen the understanding of the disease knowledge, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
