【 Abstract】objective:To discuss the anxiety and depression influence of based on knowledge education of psychological intervention in parents with children brain damage.Methods: 100 parents with children brain damage were selected from September 2013 to September 2016 in our Hospitals. According to the random distribution, all patients were divided into psychological group and routine group, 50 cases in each group, routine group parents were given general guidance intervention, psychological group parents on the basis were given based on knowledge education of psychological intervention,the self-assessment lists of anxiety (SAS) and depression self rating scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression,self assessment questionnaire of the knowledge of children with brain injury care nursing was used to assess the knowledge to master degree, statistical analyzed all parents care knowledge to master degree and intervention before and after the intervention of 1, 4, 7 d for anxiety and depression.Results:After intervention 1, 4, 7 d SAS scores of psychological group parents were significantly lower than those of routine group,there were statistical difference (P < 0.05); After intervention 1, 4, 7 d SDS scores of psychological group parents were significantly lower than those of routine group,there were statistical difference (P < 0.05); Care knowledge rate of psychological group parents was obviously higher than that of routine group,there were statistical difference (P < 0.05).Conclusions:Based on knowledge education of psychological intervention can effectively improve brain damage in children with parents anxiety and depression, and it can effectively improve the nursing knowledge,it is advantageous to the treatment of children,it’s worth for further clinical promotion.
