摘要	【摘要】探讨心理干预对重度烧伤患者的焦虑抑郁及生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的82例重度烧伤患者分成实验组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，实验组在此基础上进行心理健康护理，观察两组在干预前后焦虑抑郁症状的改善情况以及生活质量的变化状况。结果实验组干预后的焦虑抑郁显著低于対照度，生活质量显著高于对照组。结论本研究发现，合理的心理干预对改善重度烧伤患者的焦虑抑郁具有显著的效果，具有重要的临床意义。
Abstract	[abstract] Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing intervention on the anxiety, depression, and quality of life among patients with severe burn (SDB). Method 130 SDB patients were classified into two groups. The first group accepted medical nursing only, whereas the second group accepted medical and psychological nursing. Results The second group reported higher levels of qualify of life and lower levels of anxiety and depression than the first group. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention played significant roles in the improvement of mental health and quality of life among SDB patients.
