【Abstract】 Objective: To observe and explore the effect of care follow-up in the first-episode bipolar disorder. Methods: From October 2012 to October 2015, 112 patients with first-episode bipolar disorder were randomly divided into control group (56 cases) and treatment group (56 cases). The patients in the two groups received routine treatment and nursing care of the two-way affective disorder during hospitalization. After discharge, the control group performed routine discharge guidance and outpatient follow-up. The observation group was followed up for 6 months. (BRMS), Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD), Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST), and adherence to medication were evaluated at the time of hospital discharge and at the end of 6 months follow - up. Results: Compared with the control group, the score of manic scale was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group (18.26 ± 3.02 vs 12.65 ± 2.03 *), P <0.05; the score of Hamilton depression scale was significantly lower (14.32 ± 2.23 VS 11.65 ± 2.03 *), P <0.05; Wisconsin Card Sorting Test showed that care follow-up can significantly improve the Wisconsin score in patients: complete classification number, (P <0.05) .Conclusion: Follow-up of care can improve the initial emotion (P0.05) .Conclusion: Follow-up treatment can improve the patients compliance with medication after discharge, Chang change patients after discharge treatment, improve the patients cognitive ability and medication compliance, with the clinical significance of the promotion.
