【Abstract】Objective To explore the mental and psychological features of young and middle-aged coronary heart disease patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and analyze its influencical factors. Methods 136 cases of young and middle-aged coronary heart disease patients who were treated with PCI operation were enrolled as research object, the mental and psychological features were accessed with SAS and SDS scales. Meanwhile, we analyzed the factors which may lead to mental and psychological problems. Results: The anxiety rate and depression rate of young and middle-aged coronary heart disease patients treated with PCI were 66.9% and 63.2%, respectively. Multiple Logistic analysis showed that social interpersonal appellation, complication and stenosed coronary vessel amount were the risk factors which could result in mental and psychological disorders. Conclusion: Young and middle-aged coronary heart disease patients who were treated with PCI operation are prone to mental and psychological disorders, therefore, we should strengthen the intervention on patients who have bad social interpersonal appellation, more complication and stenosed coronary vessel amount.
