Modern Social Science Research

This paper explores the current development status of intellectual property public services in Hubei Province under the background of innovation-driven development. In view of the structural contradiction between supply and demand in the initial stage of the current system construction, by comparing the experiences of advanced regions such as Beijing and Shenzhen, and combining with the empirical research on the patent layout, regional collaboration and service platform status of cities within Hubei Province, improvement suggestions are put forward from three aspects: policy design, system optimization and service innovation, providing decision-making references for the improvement of regional intellectual property public service capabilities.
