摘要：目的：探究延续性护理干预对宫颈癌化疗患者血清细胞因子及负性情绪的影响。方法：选取我院妇产科2014年1月-2014年10月收治的宫颈癌化疗患者130例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各65例，对照组实施常规化疗护理，观察组联合实施延续性护理干预，随访6个月后，比较两组血清炎性因子、免疫功能、SCL-90心理健康状况评分。结果：随访6个月，观察组血清白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、IL-10，肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）含量均明显低于对照组（t=7.511~34.620, P<0.05, P<0.001）；T淋巴细胞CD3+、CD4+、CD4/CD8明显高于对照组，CD8+明显低于对照组（t=8.041~9.653, P<0.05）；躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐慌、精神病性等6项目评分均明显低于对照组（t=5.326~12.532, P<0.05, P<0.001）。结论：延续性护理干预有助于改善宫颈癌化疗患者心理健康状况，可能与降低血清炎性因子含量、调节免疫功能有关。

| Abstract |
【Abstract 】 objective：To study effect of serum cytokine and negative emotions of continuity nursing intervention for patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy. Methods：130 cases patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy from January 2014 to October 2014 were divided into observation group and control group, the control group given standard chemotherapy nursing, observation group combined with continuity nursing intervention, followed up for 6 months, serum inflammatory cytokines, immune function, SCL - 90 score were compared between two groups. Result：Followed up for 6 months, the observation group serum IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α were significantly lower than control group（t=7.511~34.620, P<0.05, P<0.001）; CD3+, CD4+, CD4/CD8 were significantly higher than control group, CD8+ were significantly lower than control group（t=8.041~9.653, P<0.05）; Somatization, forcing symptoms, depression, anxiety, panic, psychoticism etc score were significantly lower than control group（t=5.326~12.532, P<0.05, P<0.001）. Conclusion：Continuity nursing intervention help to improve mental health status in patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy,May be related to reduce the serum inflammatory cytokines, adjust the immune function.
