In the context of vigorously promoting the "going global" of Chinese culture in our country, enhancing the international dissemination capability of culture has become an important cornerstone for enhancing the country's cultural soft power. This article focuses on the external translation of Liaoning's "Six Sites" Red Culture, aiming to explore accurate and effective translation strategies to further expand the international influence of Chinese culture. Liaoning's "six regions" contain rich red cultural resources, but they often encounter problems such as cultural discounts and language barriers in the process of international dissemination, making it difficult for their cultural values to be understood and recognized by international audiences. To address the above challenges, this article takes Eco-translatology as the research theory, and works together from the three dimensions of language, culture, and communication, striving to achieve organic unity between the translated text and the original text. Through this study, it found that applying ecological translation studies to the translation practice of red culture publicity in six regions of Liaoning not only provides systematic guidance for translation work, but also provides practical and replicable path support for the international dissemination of red culture.
