Against the backdrop of the contemporary world gradually advancing towards the digital economy era, China has also incorporated it as a core element of its national strategy. The promulgation and implementation of the "Overall Layout Plan for the Construction of a Digital China" have robustly propelled the successful research, development, and application of numerous artificial intelligence technologies across various sectors in China. This study takes the practical application of the "AI + Archive Management" model as an entry point to explore the driving effect of the digital economy on the cultivation of intelligent archive management professionals, as well as the reciprocal feedback effect of professional talent development on the digital economy. It emphasizes the mutually reinforcing logical relationship between the two and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for their mutual promotion and co-evolution. Furthermore, it predicts future directions through trend analysis.
