Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of different antipsychotics on cool executive function in patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods 120 patients with first-episode schizophrenia were randomly divided into A, B and C of three groups by the random remainder method, 40 cases in each group, and the three groups were respectively treated with aripiprazole, risperidone and chlorpromazine. The cognitive function, cool executive function and relief of schizophrenia symptoms were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions was statistically analyzed. Results ①After 12 weeks of treatment, the scores of immediate logic and digit span were increased (P<0.05), and the scores in group A and group B were higher than those in group C (P<0.05); ②After 12 weeks of treatment, the response time of connection test A and B were shortened, and the response time of group A and group B was shorter than that of group C (P<0.05). The response time of connection test B in group A was shorter than that in group B group, and the number of errors was smaller than that in group B and group C (P<0.05); The response time of Hanoi tower test in group A and group B was shorter than that in group C (P< 0.05); ③After 12 weeks of treatment, the scores of different dimensions of psychiatric symptoms were reduced (P<0.05) but there were no significant differences between groups (P>0.05); ④The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was lower than that in group C (P<0.05). Conclusion Aripiprazole, risperidone and chlorpromazine all can relieve the psychotic symptoms in patients with first-episode schizophrenia. The value of aripiprazole and risperidone in improving cognitive function is relatively higher, and the effect of aripiprazole in improving cool executive function is the most significant, with high safety.
