It emphasizes political height, service warmth, and cultural depth, and implements construction measures such as pioneers and role models leading the way, providing mental and physical health support, renowned teachers assisting in development, ensuring basic living needs, complementary functions of the two rooms (classroom and living room), and diversified development of characteristic activities.
