【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing on nursing care of natural childbirth and its effect on pregnancy outcome. Methods: the natural childbirth puerpera from June 2015 -2016 year in June in our hospital 96 cases, divided into two groups, the control group was given routine nursing, strengthen the psychological nursing in the study group on the basis of routine nursing, nursing effects were compared between the two groups and the outcome of pregnancy. Results: the two groups before nursing intervention HAMD score and HAMA score showed no significant difference between the study group after nursing, maternal HAMD score and HAMA score was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); the two groups before nursing intervention SAS score and SDS score showed no significant difference between the study group after nursing, maternal SAS score and SDS score significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); pregnancy outcome in study group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: it is beneficial to reduce the level of anxiety and depression and improve the psychological status of the pregnant women, so as to establish the complete delivery and improve the pregnancy outcome.
