Juvenile delinquency prevention is an important issue in my country's social governance. Currently, the new characteristics of juvenile delinquency make enhancing its effectiveness an urgent requirement, and in this process, cultivating the subjectivity of guardians is crucial. This subjectivity encompasses three core elements: subjective concepts, behaviors, and effectiveness. In practice, cultivating the subjectivity of guardians faces three constraints: insufficient awareness of responsibility, weak educational initiative, and a lack of creativity in coping with difficulties. Therefore, it is recommended to strengthen guardians' awareness of responsibility through a two-pronged approach: enhancing their educational initiative through platform construction, and cultivating their creativity in coping with difficulties through resource activation, thereby achieving a systematic cultivation of guardian subjectivity and promoting the overall effectiveness of juvenile delinquency prevention.
