【摘要】目的：研究并分析体贴式护理干预对ICU术后患者精神症状的影响。方法：选取从2015年1月至2016年1月，于我院术后转入ICU治疗的患者400例。根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各200例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预，而观察组患者则在对照组的基础上给予体贴式护理干预，分别对比两组的护理效果。结果：护理前两组患者SAS、SDS评分对比无显著差异，分别护理后观察组SAS（32.1±6.3）分、SDS评分（27.5±4.1）分均显著低于对照组的（40.8±6.8）分和（35.6±4.6）分,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理前两组患者CGI、TESS评分对比无显著差异，分别护理后观察组CGI（2.5±0.9）分、TESS评分（25.9±3.7）分均显著低于对照组的（3.6±1.0）分和（32.2±4.3）分,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组非常满意人数占比62.00%及满意度94.00%均显著高于对照组的51.00%及82.00%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组术后机械通气时间（4.8±2.3）h、监护时间（25.4±10.3）h以及住ICU时间（5.2±1.6）d均显著低于对照组的（6.5±2.7）h、（36.7±11.5）h、（9.6±2.3）d，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论：体贴式护理干预可有效改善ICU术后患者精神症状，提高护理满意度，促进患者早日康复。

【 Abstract 】 Objective: To study the considerate the influence of nursing intervention on postoperative mental symptoms in patients with ICU and analyzed.Methods: From January 2015 to January 2016, patients treated in our hospital to postoperative ICU in 400 cases. According to random number table method was divided into observation group and the control group each had 200 cases. Control group with routine nursing intervention, while the observation group of patients based on the control group given considerate nursing intervention. Contrast effect of two groups respectively.Results: Nursing before the two groups of patients with SAS, SDS score comparison there was no significant difference, SAS（32.1±6.3）score, SDS score （27.5±4.1） score respectively after nursing observation group were significantly lower than the control group of （40.8±6.8）score and（35.6±4.6）score, the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Nursing the former two groups of patients with CGI, TESS score comparison there was no significant difference, CGI（2.5±0.9）score and TESS （25.9±3.7） score scale respectively after nursing observation group were significantly lower than the control group of （3.6±1.0）score and （32.2±4.3）score, the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Observation group were very satisfied with the number of ratio 62.00%, degree of satisfaction 94.00% were significantly higher than control group of 51.00% and 82.00%, the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Observation group postoperative mechanical ventilation time（4.8±2.3）h, monitoring time （25.4±10.3）h and live in ICU time（5.2±1.6）d were significantly lower than the control group of （6.5±2.7）h,（36.7±11.5）h,（9.6±2.3）d, the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05).Conclusion: Considerate nursing intervention can effectively improve the postoperative ICU patients mental symptoms, improve nursing satisfaction, promote the patient recover soon.
