浅析高中生的焦虑、抑郁与家庭环境的关系

摘要
【摘要】 了解高中生抑郁、焦虑的现状以及家庭环境与抑郁、焦虑的关系,为改善家庭环境、促进高中生健康发展提供科学依据。方法 使用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、中文版家庭环境量表(FES-CV)和家庭客观环境清单对875名高中生进行评定。结果 高中生抑郁症状检出率为28.76%,焦虑症状检出率为38.89%;家教方式良好、与父母亲关系融洽以及父亲文化较高的家长,孩子出现焦虑和抑郁的概率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高中生抑郁、焦虑情绪与家庭主观环境密切相关,亲密性、娱乐性、组织性、公费和核心家庭是抑郁症状发生的保护因素,亲密性、组织性、公费生和家庭富裕是焦虑症状的保护因素,矛盾性和控制性是抑郁、焦虑症状形成的危险因素。结论 改善家庭环境是促进高中生身心健康,降低抑郁和焦虑症状的有效途径。
Abstract
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of depression and anxiety in high school students and to explore the Relationship between Anxiety, Depression and Family Environment, so as to improve the family environment and promote the healthy development of high school students.Methods875 high school students were assessed with SDS, SAS, FES-CV and family environmental inventory.ResultsThe prevalence of depressive and anxiety symptoms was 28.76% and 38.89%, respectively;Parents with good parental relationship and higher education level had lower probability of anxiety and depression (P <0.05).The depression and anxiety rate of high school students are closely related to the subjective family environment,Intimacy, recreation, organization, public funds and the core family is protective factors for depressive symptoms,Intimacy, organizational, public fund and Wealthy family are protective factors of anxiety symptoms,Contradiction and control are the risk factors of depression and anxiety.Conclusion The improvement of family environment is an effective way to promote the physical and mental health of high school students and reduce the symptoms of depression and anxiety.
