Abstract: [Objective] To investigate the Emotion Regulation Implicit Attitude in schizophrenics. [Method] 200 patients with schizophrenia (Experimental group) and 120 normal subjects (Control group) were chosen for the study. And the Emotion Regulation Implicit Attitude Test (ER-IAT) and the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) were used as the study materials. Then the Emotion Regulation Implicit Attitude of the two sets of objects were compared and the correlation of ER-IAT test results and PANSS scores in schizophrenics were also analyzed. [Results] The Experimental group finally obtained much more effective subjects that were emotion expressed than the Control group (P < 0.01); Compared with the control group, the experimental group were more inclined to the negative implicit attitude (P < 0.05); In the experimental group, the PANSS total score, positive symptom scores and negative symptom scores of emotional expression patients were higher than the emotional control patients (P < 0.05). [Conclusion] The the Emotion Regulation Implicit Attitude in schizophrenics are mainly emotional expression, and the emotional expression patients have severer symptoms than the the emotional control patients. The schizophrenics have certain defects in automation emotion regulation.
