【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical curative effect of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with oxaliplatin in treatment of cerebral apoplexy patients with Ai Sciplan anxiety depression.MethodsSelected the hospital in January 2015 ~ December 2015 in our hospital from 118 cases of stroke complicated with depression and anxiety of the patients were randomly divided into combined group and control group (n = 59). Two groups were given escitalopram oxalatetreatment , using Shugan Jieyu capsule in the treatment of and in combination group and treatment period of 3 months, compared two groups of clinical effect.ResultsBefore treatment, combination group and control group of HAMA, HAMD score differences had no statistical significance (P > 0.05), 1 month, 3 months after treatment, compared with before treatment, two groups of patients with HAMA, HAMD score were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), the combined group of HAMA and HAMD scores were significantly lower than control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the NPY score in the combination group were significantly lower than control group, SP significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05), combination group of serum IL-1 P, IL-6 and TNF alpha levels were significantly below the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Shuganjieyu capsule combined with oxaliplatin in treatment of cerebral stroke patients with Ai Sciplan anxiety depression has more significant clinical effect.
