In the safety management of hazardous chemical production enterprises, recurring safety hazards frequently occur, posing a serious threat to both the safety of production and the lives and property of employees. These recurring hazards primarily stem from multiple factors, including an incomplete management system, weak employee safety awareness, inadequate technical prevention measures, and the absence of effective supervision mechanisms. To address these issues, it is proposed to enhance the closed-loop management of hazard identification, improve safety education and training, boost technical protection capabilities, and strengthen supervision and law enforcement. These measures aim to effectively reduce the frequency of recurring hazards, continuously improve the safety management level of enterprises, and ensure production safety and social stability.
