摘要	自杀已成为国内外日益严重的公共卫生问题，因自杀的发生机制尚不明确，预测自杀行为非常困难。PET能深入分析自杀者脑功能障碍，对自杀行为的早期发现、预防和干预等相关研究具有十分重要的意义。
Abstract	Suicide is a major public health challenge, attracting increasing attention. However, the mechanism of suicide is not clear, so the prediction of suicide is very difficult.The PET enables a better understanding of functional changes in the brains of suicide attempters through detecting spontaneous neural activity. It is great significance to the early detection, prevention and intervention of suicidal behavior.
