摘要
随着食品工业的快速发展,果汁灌装生产线自动化程度直接影响生产效率与产品质量。基于 PLC 的果汁灌装生产线自动化控制系统,融合传感器技术、电气控制技术,实现生产线精准控制与高效运行。系统具备灌装量精确调节、设备状态实时监测、故障快速诊断等功能,可有效降低人工干预,减少物料浪费与生产事故。通过优化控制算法与硬件配置,提高系统稳定性与兼容性,满足多样化生产需求,为果汁灌装生产线智能化升级提供技术支撑,对推动食品加工行业自动化发展具有重要意义。
Abstract
With the rapid development of the food industry, the automation level of fruit juice filling production lines directly impacts production efficiency and product quality. The automation control system for fruit juice filling production lines based on PLC integrates sensor technology and electrical control technology to achieve precise control and efficient operation of the production line. The system features precise adjustment of filling volume, real-time monitoring of equipment status, and rapid fault diagnosis, effectively reducing manual intervention, material waste, and production accidents. By optimizing control algorithms and hardware configurations, the system enhances stability and compatibility, meeting diverse production needs and providing technical support for the intelligent upgrade of fruit juice filling production lines. This is significant for advancing the automation of the food processing industry.
