摘要
在石油化工、能源电力等领域,高温高压工况下金属硬密封球阀的性能直接影响系统稳定运行。阐述金属硬密封球阀在高温高压环境中的失效机理,涵盖密封面磨损、材料疲劳等因素。构建基于材料特性、工况参数的寿命预测模型,运用可靠性理论对其进行系统分析。通过量化磨损率、疲劳寿命等关键指标,探讨提升可靠性的优化策略。研究成果为高温高压工况下金属硬密封球阀的选型、维护及性能提升提供理论依据与技术支持。
Abstract
In the fields of petrochemicals and energy power, the performance of metal hard-sealed ball valves under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions directly affects system stability. This paper elucidates the failure mechanisms of metal hard-sealed ball valves in such environments, covering factors like wear on sealing surfaces and material fatigue. A life prediction model based on material properties and operating parameters is constructed, and reliability theory is applied for systematic analysis. By quantifying key indicators such as wear rate and fatigue life, optimization strategies to enhance reliability are explored. The research findings provide theoretical basis and technical support for the selection, maintenance, and performance improvement of metal hard-sealed ball valves under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
