摘要
机械加工工艺参数的选择对加工效率和质量有重要影响,传统经验方法难以满足复杂多变的加工需求。本文提出一种基于机器学习的智能推荐系统,通过采集历史加工数据和工艺参数,构建模型实现参数的自动优化与推荐。系统利用多种机器学习算法分析数据特征,提升参数推荐的准确性和适应性。实验结果表明,该系统能够有效减少人工调参时间,提升加工效率和质量,为机械加工行业的智能制造提供技术支持。
Abstract
The selection of machining process parameters has a significant impact on processing efficiency and quality. Traditional empirical methods struggle to meet the complex and variable processing requirements. This paper proposes an intelligent recommendation system based on machine learning, which constructs a model to realize automatic optimization and recommendation of parameters by collecting historical processing data and process parameters. The system utilizes various machine learning algorithms to analyze data features, improving the accuracy and adaptability of parameter recommendations. Experimental results show that the system can effectively reduce manual parameter tuning time, enhance processing efficiency and quality, and provide technical support for intelligent manufacturing in the machining industry.
