摘要
热锻工艺参数直接影响转向器齿轮坯的组织结构及机械性能,合理控制工艺参数能够显著提升齿轮坯的性能表现。本文系统研究了锻造温度、变形速度及变形程度对齿轮坯显微组织和力学性能的影响规律,揭示了不同工艺参数对组织细化和性能优化的机理。通过实验分析和组织观察,明确了各参数对晶粒尺寸、相变行为及硬度分布的具体影响,为优化转向器齿轮坯的热锻工艺提供理论依据和技术支持。
Abstract
Hot forging process parameters directly affect the microstructure and mechanical properties of steering gear gear blanks. Reasonable control of process parameters can significantly improve the performance of gear blanks. This paper systematically studies the influence law of forging temperature, deformation speed, and deformation degree on the microstructure and mechanical properties of gear blanks, and reveals the mechanism of different process parameters on microstructure refinement and performance optimization. Through experimental analysis and microstructure observation, the specific effects of each parameter on grain size, phase transformation behavior, and hardness distribution are clarified, providing a theoretical basis and technical support for optimizing the hot forging process of steering gear gear blanks.
