摘要
自动化生产线中,皮带输送机作为关键输送设备,其动态特性与纠偏控制至关重要。通过深入分析皮带输送机的结构及工作原理,建立对应的动力学模型,探究其在不同工况下的动态特性,如振动特性、速度波动等,明确物料特性、运行速度、张紧力等因素对其动态特性的影响规律。在纠偏控制方面,详细阐述常见的跑偏原因,如安装误差、物料分布不均等,并介绍多种纠偏控制方法,包括机械纠偏、电气纠偏及智能纠偏等,分析各方法的优缺点及适用场景。旨在为提升皮带输送机在自动化生产线中的运行稳定性、可靠性及输送效率提供理论支持与技术参考。
Abstract
In automated production lines, belt conveyors are essential conveying equipment, and their dynamic characteristics and correction control are critical. By analyzing the structure and working principles of belt conveyors, a corresponding dynamic model is established to explore the dynamic characteristics under various operating conditions, such as vibration and speed fluctuations. The study clarifies how material properties, operating speed, tension force, and other factors influence these dynamic characteristics. Regarding correction control, common causes of deviation, such as installation errors and uneven material distribution, are detailed. Various correction methods, including mechanical, electrical, and intelligent correction, are introduced, along with an analysis of their advantages, disadvantages, and applicable scenarios. This paper aims to provide theoretical support and technical references for enhancing the operational stability, reliability, and conveying efficiency of belt conveyors in automated production lines.
