摘要
绿色设计与制造已成为机械工程领域转型发展的核心方向。围绕其在实际应用中的关键路径与现实挑战展开分析,探讨了绿色理念在产品开发阶段的应用方式、制造技术推广的障碍问题,并结合生命周期评估方法提出工艺优化解决方案。对典型行业实践效果进行多维验证,揭示当前实施过程中的适应性反馈与改进空间。整体研究表明,绿色制造体系的完善需要政策、技术与市场三方协同推进,为制造业高质量可持续发展提供理论支撑与实践指引。
Abstract
Green design and manufacturing have become core directions for the transformation and development of the mechanical engineering field. This study analyzes the key pathways and practical challenges in their implementation, explores the application approaches of green concepts during the product development stage, and examines the obstacles in promoting green manufacturing technologies. Process optimization solutions are proposed based on lifecycle assessment methods. Multi-dimensional verification of practical outcomes in typical industries reveals adaptability feedback and room for improvement in current implementation. The findings indicate that advancing the green manufacturing system requires coordinated efforts among policy, technology, and market mechanisms, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for high-quality and sustainable development in the manufacturing industry.
