Abstract: Objective: To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention on psychological status and prognosis of patients with prostate cancer. Methods: randomly selected 40 cases of prostate cancer patients since September 2014 -2016 year in October admitted to hospital for treatment, according to the degree of depression were divided into two groups, A group (20 cases) of patients with mild depression, B group (20 cases) of patients with severe depression. Two groups of patients in the general surgery and drug treatment period, all of the psychological nursing intervention. In patients with depression before and after the use of self rating Depression Scale (SDS) and self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score, compared to the two groups of patients with nursing quality of life. Results: the two groups of nursing before and after urination and PSA, in the two groups after nursing, the average urinary flow rate, compared with before treatment were significantly improved, both improved compared with the significant difference (t=5.52, P<0.05); the serum PSA levels of two groups were significantly decreased in two groups, improve the degree of comparison have significant difference (t=14.05, P<0.05). After nursing, the two groups of patients with SDS and SAS scores than before treatment were significantly improved, the data had significant differences, P<0.05, at the same time, two groups of patients after nursing quality of life was significantly improved, significantly better than before nursing data contrast, P<0.05. Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention in patients with prostate cancer, can effectively alleviate the depression and anxiety status of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, promote the rehabilitation of patients as soon as possible, it is worthy of popularization and application.
