摘要	青少年欺负现象是现在中小学普遍存在的攻击行为，它对欺负者和被欺负者的身心健康带来了极大的负面影响。本文首先对欺负定义进行统一的界定，区分欺负行为的不同类型。然后，分析欺负对于欺负者和被欺负者的身心健康的负面影响，提出有效的干预措施。
Abstract	Adolescent bullying is a common aggressive phenomenon among primary and middle school students, which brings great negative effects on both the bully and the victim in their physical and mental health. Firstly, this essay gives the unified definition to bullying, and distinguishes various types of bulling. Secondly, the essay analyses the adverse impact that bullying brings to the bully and the victim, and some effective interventions are proposed.
