Abstract Objective To explore the influence of cognitive function, glucolipid metabolism and inflammatory factor for the patients with schizophrenia by aripiprazole with donepezil. Methods 120 cases of patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases). The observation group were treated by aripiprazole with donepezil. The control group were treated by aripiprazole with simulation donepezil. The clinical effect were observed. Results The rate of total effect for the observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05); The score for the observation group posttreatment were lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The levels of GPT, TMT-A, DST and VFT for the observation group posttreatment were higher than the control group(P＜0.05); The levels of FBG, 2hPBG, TG and TC for the observation group posttreatment were lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 for the observation group posttreatment were lower than the control group(P＜0.05); There was no significant difference on the rate of untoward effect for the two groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion It has prominent effect for the patients with schizophrenia by aripiprazole with donepezil. It can improve the clinical symptoms, cognitive function and inflammatory factor. It has small influence for glucolipid metabolism. It can be used as the optimizing treatment.
