摘要
在现代工业体系中,高速轴承作为核心机械部件,广泛应用于航空航天、汽车制造、精密机床等诸多领域,其稳定运行对设备整体性能起着决定性作用。本研究精准聚焦于不同润滑状态下高速轴承的振动特性,通过搭建高精度实验平台,运用先进的传感器与数据分析技术,深入剖析润滑状态对振动特征的影响机制。研究清晰表明,合理润滑能大幅降低振动幅度,有效减少故障隐患;反之,不当润滑极易引发严重机械故障。本研究成果为高速轴承的优化设计与高效维护提供了坚实的理论依据与有力的技术支撑,在实际工程应用中极具价值。
Abstract
In the modern industrial system, high - speed bearings, as core mechanical components, are widely used in many fields such as aerospace, automotive manufacturing, and precision machine tools. Their stable operation plays a decisive role in the overall performance of the equipment. This study precisely focuses on the vibration characteristics of high - speed bearings under different lubrication conditions. By building a high - precision experimental platform and using advanced sensors and data analysis techniques, it deeply analyzes the influence mechanism of lubrication conditions on vibration characteristics. The research clearly shows that reasonable lubrication can significantly reduce the vibration amplitude and effectively reduce potential failure risks. Conversely, improper lubrication can easily lead to serious mechanical failures. The research results provide a solid theoretical basis and strong technical support for the optimized design and efficient maintenance of high - speed bearings, and are of great value in practical engineering applications.
