[Abstract]Objective:To discuss the impact of quality of life in patients with perimenopausal depression accepted wih escitalopram combined psychological intervention.Methods:88 patients with perimenopausal depression from June 2014 to January 2016 were randomly selected and divided into 44 patients of them accepted with hormone replacement therapy and escitalopram were taken as control group,while the other 44 patients of them accepted with psychological intervention on the basic of control group were taken as research group.Compared the scores of HAMD, PSQI and Kupperman with two group, and evaluate the clinical effects on two groups. Graded the scores of quality of life with two groups before and after treatments in 6 months.Results:The total effective rate was 88.64% in research group,while that in control group was 70.45%( P＜0.05);The scores of HAMD、PSQI and Kupperman were (12.21±3.06),(8.54±1.46) and (12.04±2.18) in research group after treatments,while that in control group were (16.43±2.87),(11.62±2.08) and (14.64±3.21),differences between two groups had statistical significance( P＜0.05). The hysiological function, physiological function, body pain, general health, social function, dynamic, emotional functions and mental health eight dimensions of life quality scores of research group after treatments in 6 months were also higher than that in control group, differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Patients with perimenopausal depression accepted wih escitalopram combined psychological intervention can improve sleep quality,depressive state and quality of life with exact effect,which is worthy of clinical use.
