摘要:目的:探讨度洛西汀治疗抑郁症患者对认知功能及TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10的影响,分析其治疗可能作用机制。方法:将80例抑郁症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗,观察组给予度洛西汀治疗。治疗8周后,比较两组认知功能、血清细胞因子、临床疗效等指标。结果:观察组有效率75.0%,明显高于对照组52.5%(P<0.05);MMSE、WCST评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);TNF-α、IL-6含量明显低于对照组,IL-10含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:度洛西汀有助于改善抑郁症患者认知功能,提高临床疗效,可能与调节血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10表达水平有关。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of duloxetine on cognitive function, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 in patients with depression, and analyze the possible mechanism of action. Methods: A total of 80 cases of patients with depression were randomly divided into Observation Group and Control Goup, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in Control Group were treated by paroxetine, while those in Observation Group were treated by duloxetine. After 8 weeks of treatment, the cognitive functions, serum cytokines and clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate in Observation Group was 75%, being significantly higher than 52.50% in Control Group (P<0.05); scores of MMSE and WCST were significantly higher than in Control Group (P<0.01); the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly lower than in Control Group, and the level of IL-10 was significantly higher than in Control Group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Duloxetine is conductive to improving the cognitive function of patients with depression and enhancing the clinical efficacy, which may be related to the regulation of expression levels of serum TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10.
