首发精神分裂症患者额前叶脑电图的复杂度分析

摘要
【摘要】应用非线性复杂性测度方法探讨首发精神分裂症患者额前叶脑电图变化规律。方法 利用Lempel-Ziv复杂性测度方法对40例首发精神分裂症患者和32例正常成人的FP1(左额极),FPz(额极中线点),FP2(右额极)导联脑电图进行复杂度测定,比较组间和组内差异。结果 首发精神分裂症患者组与正常对照组在FP1、FPz、FP2的EEG复杂度均存在显著差异,首发精神分裂症患者组FP1,FPz,FP2的复杂度均值均大于正常对照组(P值分别为0.016,0.007,0.005)。另外,首发精神分裂症组FP1,FPz,FP2导联之间的EEG复杂度无明显差异(P<0.05)。而在正常对照组中仅有FP2和FP1之间有差异(P<0.05),FP1和FPz,FP2和FPz之间则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 首发精神分裂症患者额前叶脑电图复杂度明显高于正常人,而且其额前叶两侧还存在着非对称性差异消失,这在一定程度上可为精神分裂症的辅助诊断理论依据。
Abstract
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of electroencephalogram (EEG) in prefrontal lobe of first-episode schizophrenia patients using nonlinear complexity measure. Methods The electroencephalogram (EEG) of FP1 (left frontal pole), FPz (middle frontal pole) and FP2 (right frontal pole) from 40 schizophreni patients and 32 normal adults were measured by Lempel-Ziv complexity . Then, the comparison between groups were performed.Results The complexity of FP1, FPz and FP2 in the first-episode schizophrenia group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group(P values were 0.016, 0.007 and 0.005 respectively).There were no significant differences between FP1, FPz and FP2 in the first episode schizophrenia group (P <0.05).Meanwhile, there was no significant difference between FP1 and FPz, FP2 and FPz (P> 0.05), but with significant difference between FP1 and FPz (P> 0.05).Conclusion The EEG complexity in prefrontal lobe of patients with first-episode schizophrenia is significantly higher than that of normal people, and the asymmetry difference existed on both sides of the anterior frontal lobe, Which can be a certain extent for the diagnosis of schizophrenia theory basis.
